In sl 6 (2026), Tycjan Knut brings his investigation of pictorial instability to a large scale. A softly modulated grey field appears almost suspended within the frame, while an offset section interrupts the conventional rectangular composition. Horizontal movements of pigment create an atmospheric surface that remains deliberately difficult to fix as either flat or spatial. Structure is present, but never absolute.
