In Obscured by Clouds (2026), Silvia Giordani condenses the landscape into a vertical accumulation of rounded, mineral-like forms. The composition unfolds as a dense mass that rises and folds into itself, partially veiling a distant horizon. Through layered oil and acrylic, the work situates landscape within a state of suspension, where visibility and concealment remain in constant balance.
